Do your Arts Award

Do your Arts Award

Want to express your creativity and get a nationally recognised qualification?
You can do an Arts Award in any area of the arts of media from fashion to poetry, rapping to dancing, photography to film.  You can be the creator or performer of your own work, or develop your skills in backstage or technical roles.

You can take part in Arts Award at your school, college or youth project, or with an arts organisation or youth arts programme.

What will I do?
You choose your arts activity and set personal challenges.

You explore, do, see and learn new things in the arts.

You can work in a group or individually, but you create an individual plan.

You choose which media to use to provide evidence of your achievements - you can write... or use video, audio, website or blog.

You work with an Arts Award adviser to achieve your goals.  The adviser may be an artist, teacher or youth worker.

With your adviser's help, you decide which level of Arts Award to start with.
